The alpha ends: back on October 10 with the open beta

The alpha ends here. The world stays closed until October 10, when we come back with the open beta. Thank you all for taking part in the alpha: every bug report, every idea and every hour played is inside this game. Your account and characters are kept. Update required for the beta: the world checks the client version on connect.

Quests

• One timeline: Surya's 90 quests come in order. The main story is lived step by step, and each investigation quest arrives right after what it talks about, so none mentions something that has not happened yet.
• At most 5 quests available at once: the next five of the story. The rest show at the NPC with the quest that comes before them.
• Experience by level: each level of the story raises you just enough between quests and hunting, so you reach every quest at its level and its gear arrives when it is useful.
• Rewards by your level: if you are ahead of a quest it gives less experience; if you are far ahead, the set piece, weapon or jewel comes from your level, never from one you already left behind.

Languages

• The places and objects of the investigation quests now have English and Portuguese names, and the objectives panel names the beasts in your language.

Sound

• Every button sounds once, with the new click and hover sounds. Moving items in the inventory and the vault keeps its sound.
