Party & experience

Hunting together pays more than hunting alone, but only if you are actually there. And from now on, whoever deals the damage takes the experience: the last hit no longer decides whose prey it is.

Up to five

A party holds five members. You invite from an ally’s frame or by name from the friends list; the invitee accepts or declines.

Experience split

Experience split

The party pot grows 15% for every member beyond the first and splits into equal parts: two collect 115% (57.5% each), three 130% and five 160%. A full party levels faster per head than the same players apart.

A hundred meters

A hundred meters

To collect your party share you must be within a hundred meters of the kill. Farther away nothing arrives: sitting in town while the rest hunt earns no experience.

No kill stealing

No kill stealing

Between players not sharing a party, experience splits by the damage each dealt. Whoever shows up for the last hit takes what they contributed, not the whole prize.

No towing: 15 levels

No towing: 15 levels

If there are 15 levels or more between the highest and the lowest member, the whole party collects only 10%. That is what stops a new character from being towed up by a veteran.

Prey above your level

Prey above your level

Hunting something stronger than you pays in full. Hunting far below pays less and less: 5% less for every level you have over the prey.
